Motion and vote: Trustee O'Brien moved the purchase; Treasurer Davis supported the motion. A roll call vote recorded unanimous approval among members present: President Tim Boer (yes), Vice President Matt Diminsky (yes), Treasurer Davis (yes), Trustee O'Brien (yes) and Trustee Toth (yes).
Board materials attached to the agenda included the bid tally and the transportation supervisor and bus mechanic reviewed quotes and specifications before the recommendation. The board did not amend the award; no further conditions were stated at the meeting.
