Board approves 82,208‑sq‑ft warehouse/office and consolidates two Subway parcels; conditions attached

The Milford Planning and Zoning Board voted to approve a special permit, site plan and lot consolidation to allow construction of an 82,208‑square‑foot warehouse and office building on consolidated parcels to be addressed as 300 Subway (formerly 300 and 336 Subway). The owner, Bob Cinto, and the applicant’s team presented the project and the board approved the application with conditions that mirror comments from the city engineer, the fire marshal, and the inland wetlands authority.

Kevin Crusaidan, attorney for the applicant, said the application consolidates two parcels into a single 12.59‑acre lot and restores compliance with a prior 2010 approval that required lot consolidation. "The project's located north of I‑95 close to Route 1 and the I‑95 access ramps," he said, noting the area is a primary corridor for truck traffic to Milford’s industrial districts. Crusaidan told the board the site will provide 240 parking spaces, including 81 spaces designated by special permit for use by a tenant across the street at 305 Subway.
