The City of Coldwater Downtown Development Authority approved its consent agenda for July and authorized payment of the June bills and accounts at its July 23 meeting, noting that the bulk of the month's disbursements were for annual downtown flowers.
The consent agenda included the regular meeting minutes for June 25, 2025; promotions committee minutes from July 17, 2025; economic vitality committee minutes from July 18, 2025; and a vibrancy grant agreement (case 440508) that had been executed in the interim. The chair asked whether any member wanted to pull an item; hearing none, the board moved and approved the consent agenda by voice vote.
The board then reviewed June bills and accounts, which the meeting transcript reported as roughly $23,009. The chair noted that about $19,000 of that amount was for annual downtown flowers and said that explained the higher total for the month. After questions were invited and none were raised, the board motioned and approved the bills by voice vote. No roll-call tallies were recorded in the public record during the meeting.
The consent items and bills were treated as routine business; no additional conditions or amendments were recorded at the July 23 meeting.
