The City of Coldwater Zoning Board of Appeals appointed Dave Sattler as vice chair during its June 18 meeting and recorded that Sarah Seiler had been appointed to the board by the mayor to replace Mike Eddie.

A board member moved to appoint Dave Sattler as vice chair; the motion received a second from David Cole and passed without recorded opposition. The minutes will reflect that David Cole joined the meeting partway through and participated in the vote.

Earlier in the meeting a staff member noted that Sarah Seiler had been appointed by the mayor as a replacement for Mike Eddie and that Eddie had served as vice chair. The board discussed formally filling the vice chair role during the meeting and completed the appointment by motion.

No further duties or policy changes were assigned to the vice chair position during the meeting.
