City Manager Keith told the council the amendment would modify the lease (Agreement A24Dash18) so the community center takes over utilities on April 30, 2025, instead of the November 2024 date in the existing lease. “We are amending the lease … to change the date … to 04/30/2025,” City Manager Keith said.
