Scott Wall introduced himself to the board, gave his home address and described his background: “My current address is 1541 Rambling Drive. I have been Fraser resident for over 29 years.” He said he worked at General Motors, later volunteered as an elections worker and precinct chair, and wanted to serve on a board to better understand and support local business and community development.
After questions about his experience reading plans and visiting sites, a motion was made to recommend Scott Wall for appointment. The motion was seconded and the board approved the recommendation on roll call. The minutes record affirmative votes by Member Burley, Member Comenty, Member Farina, Member Green, Member Menendez and Member Stasic. Board counsel reminded members that City Council has final approval.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for its consideration; the council’s public agenda and vote will be the final step for appointment.
