Planning Commission elects Warnick as chair; Meyer vice chair; Trevor secretary

The City of Fraser Planning Commission selected its 2025 officers during the Jan. 13 meeting.
Commissioner Kyle moved and Commissioner Farina supported the nomination of Commissioner Randy Warnick as chair; Warnick accepted the nomination and was confirmed by acclamation. Renee Meyer was nominated and seconded for vice chair by Commissioner Czarnecki and Commissioner Kyle; Meyer accepted and was confirmed. Commissioner Trevor was nominated for secretary by Commissioner Farina with support from Commissioner Warnecke and accepted the office by acclamation.
The nominations were advanced from the floor without formal roll-call votes; commissioners congratulated the new officers and discussed the workload for the coming year, including the planning commission’s anticipated role in the master plan and zoning ordinance updates and the time commitment required of the chair.
