The proposed ordinance would empower the Norwalk Parking Authority to develop guidelines and standards for residential parking zones, require a 30-day public comment period on initial guidelines and a public hearing before the authority, and make the guidelines publicly available on the City of Norwalk website and through the Department of Transportation, Mobility and Parking, the board heard.
