City to accept $125,000 MassCALL3 substance‑use prevention grant, panel recommends

Dr. Troy Clarkson told the committee the grant is a continuation of an existing MassCALL3 program and provided a press release link with program details to committee members. Committee members voted to recommend acceptance and expenditure favorably to the full council.
