Sept. 11, 2025 — The Lowell Lisonbee Commission accepted the minutes from its Aug. 28, 2020 meeting with an amendment to item No. 6 and placed amended gallery reception dates and paperwork examples on file for information.
During roll call Commission Chair Donahue noted four members present and one absent. The commission discussed a correction to the minutes—changing the number of items referenced in item 6—and members moved and seconded acceptance with the amendment. The motion carried by voice vote.
The commission also received notice of new dates for two Brush Art Gallery receptions: the annual studio artist reception was moved from Sept. 20 to Sept. 27, and the holiday wine-and-cheese reception was moved from Dec. 11 to Dec. 3. A commission member asked whether those were for information only and was told, "Correct," by Secretary Paez. The gallery date adjustments and paperwork examples related to previously conditionally approved licenses were recorded as information only and placed on file.
Commissioner Krieger moved adjournment; Commissioner Mercier seconded, and the meeting adjourned by voice vote.
