The Troutdale City Council voted to adopt an updated Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) that the city revised in partnership with Fairview and Wood Village using a Regional Disaster Preparedness Organization grant administered by the City of Portland.
Lede: Community Development Director Erica Palmer and Assistant Planner Nick Ramstead presented the updated plan, which staff said replaces a 2010 plan and was prepared by consultant Stantec under a grant funded by the Department of Homeland Security Urban Area Security Initiative. The update was cost-free to Troutdale under the grant.
