Civil service commission approves three staffing appointments; one superintendent appointment held

Separately, the commission held in abeyance a request from Safety Service Director Carrion for the exceptional appointment of Gabe Ramos as superintendent in the Distribution Division of the Utilities Department. The commission recessed action because the candidate or complete paperwork was not present; the commission will revisit the item when the administration provides the outstanding information.
