RDM Logistics won planning approval for a 7,200-square-foot steel accessory building to manufacture pallets at 7425 Industrial Parkway Drive (FDP02-2025).
Caleb Brumley, general manager for RDM Logistics, said the building would move pallet manufacturing out of the company’s existing 60,000-square-foot warehouse into a dedicated 7,200-square-foot steel structure. Planning staff’s letter noted zoning requirements, specifically that an overhead door shall not face a public street and clarified building elevations; engineering staff noted plans were under review and that permits had been issued as of an April 1 filing.
Commissioners voted to approve the final development plan. The transcript records the motion and an affirmative voice vote with no recorded objections.
