Tom Lester, representing Sandy Springs Development LLC, said most engineering revisions had been made but the developer would grant an access and maintenance easement to the Deerfield Homeowners Association on the final plat. Lester said some punch-list items remain, including wetland signage and grading work that must meet plan specifications.
