The cost-share agreement allocates an estimated $1,515,000 to the city and $273,000 to the developers, according to Katz, a city staff member. "The city share is 1,515,000 and Cobalt and 92 LLC and RJ 92 LLC would pay the remainder, which is 273,000," Katz said at the meeting.
