The district’s OE‑6 financial administration monitoring report covering timely payments, payroll, purchasing and contracts showed all 13 indicators in compliance and will be placed on the consent agenda at the next meeting.
At the Sept. 8 work session, district staff presented the OE‑6 monitoring report covering the finance department’s performance on timely bill payment, payroll accuracy, purchasing guidelines and contract review. Presenter Mister Saric reported all 13 OE‑6 indicators were found to be in compliance for the reporting period. The OE‑6 report and appendices were attached to the board materials and staff invited questions; none were raised. Board members were told the item will appear on the consent agenda at the next board meeting.
