City staff reported that requests for proposals for the city-owned property at 2159 Range Trail were due Sept. 5 and that four responses were received.
Staff said a cursory review was undertaken and that an interview team will be formed to evaluate all four proposers; interviews are planned later in September. Councilmember Tucker Long asked that staff circulate links to the proposal files to councilmembers and suggested staff prepare a concise summary of each proposal'noting units proposed, unit types and proposed purchase price'to aid review. Staff agreed to share the files and provide a summary.
No action was taken; the item was informational and staff will return with interview plans and summaries for council review.
