Commission weighs boat-slip expansion versus bulkhead timing and loss of future options

Park Commission members discussed options to expand boat slips at the town park and cautioned that installing a proposed bulkhead this fall could limit future reconfiguration. Commissioners described one option to move the new slip structure left and add fingers on the end to create three or more additional slips; another option under consideration was installing a bulkhead this fall.
