Attorney Scott Aurelia of Gamballa, McLaughlin and Pacora, representing Raise Up (formerly Lorraine Metropolitan Housing Authority), told the commission, "Raise Up, which was formerly known as Lorraine Metropolitan Housing Authority, is doing a $25,000,000 redevelopment of the Wilkes Villa complex, which is scheduled to start in November.
