At the start of its Sept. 4 meeting, the City of Delray Beach Board of Adjustment elected officers for the upcoming year. A board member identified in the hearing record as John was elected chair, Brenda Cullinan was elected vice chair and Mark Ronald was elected second vice chair. Each nomination was seconded and approved by roll call.
Nominations were taken from the dais. The board used roll-call votes for each officer position; the roll calls recorded individual yes responses for the nominees. After the roll calls, the outgoing chair ceremonially passed the gavel to John, who then took the meeting.
The full roll-call results for each office are recorded in the meeting minutes and were read into the record during the meeting. The board liaison and staff reminded members of the next scheduled meeting dates and administrative matters following the elections.
The officer elections are recorded in the Board of Adjustment minutes for Sept. 4, 2025.
