Staff reported the lot has preexisting well and septic systems that were inspected and approved by environmental health and that the travel trailer is accessory and typically approved under county practice. The board discussed time limits for temporary occupancy. Commissioners adopted an amendment setting a 12‑month time limit on the travel‑trailer occupancy, with the option for staff to grant extensions under the zoning ordinance. The motion approving the temporary RV also incorporated the site plan and conditions presented by staff, including health‑department inspections, driveway permit requirements and code compliance. The board voted unanimously to approve the special exception with the 12‑month limitation.
