The board adopted the resolution by roll-call vote: Ms. Birx, Mr. DeRay, Mr. Howard, Ms. Politti and Mr. Bergarelli voted yes; Mr. Levenstein, Ms. Christine Bello, Ms. Thomasina Bello and Ms. Boucher voted no.
