The council acknowledged receipt of the annual redevelopment commission tax-increment financing (TIF) report covering the prior year. The report, prepared under statutory requirements, lists the three TIF districts, their revenues and expenditures, attorney and bond expenses, and the parcels included in each district. The report will be published on Gateway per state law.
The clerk/administrator told the council the report had been submitted and explained that recent redevelopment commission actions (including transfers to Butler) will be reflected in future reports and not in this prior-year filing. The council voted to acknowledge receipt of the report so staff can meet the April 15 statutory submission requirement.
