Planning Manager Bobby Howe said the replat is a technical adjustment in the form‑based code area; there are no minimum or maximum lot sizes in that district. According to the staff presentation, Lot 228 decreases in width by 15 feet and Lot 225 increases from 55 feet to 70 feet. The change aligns with the previously approved major development plan and will not change street layout or other plat elements.
Commissioner Washington moved to recommend approval; Commissioner Ryan seconded and the motion carried. Staff and the applicant will complete plat filing and any required technical reviews.
