Crossroads Community Services tells supervisors it is filling staff vacancies, finishing facilities and expanding outreach

Dr. Melba Moore, executive director of Crossroads Community Services, presented a year‑end update to the Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors outlining staffing progress, facility upgrades and outreach plans.

Moore told supervisors that Crossroads has trained law enforcement in crisis intervention, expanded community events and is nearing full staffing after a prolonged vacancy period: “I think we just about turned the corner, and we'll be able to say all of those positions are filled,” she said.
