At the meeting the association cited contributions from several entities, as read aloud: the Permian Strategic Partnership (listed during the presentation as a contribution of "31,900 and $79" in the meeting record), Eddy County (a $28,000 contribution, cited as supporting out-of-state training), Sidens Martin (near $6,000, described as assisting with a dinner), Chevron ($5,000 to provide daily lunch and a cooking trailer and volunteers), MES Life Safety ($3,300, cited as supplying a dinner and serving as a vendor), ConocoPhillips ($3,100 supplying a dinner), and a joint contribution from "NAITCO and Lions Protects" for one evening’s dinner when Chief Roblowski gave a leadership presentation.
