He said the company follows construction‑safety principles, meets with municipal staff before projects, holds preconstruction meetings, and schedules town‑hall meetings and door‑hangers to notify residents in advance of work.
Sheldon asked that the village allow Pavlov to proceed through the permitting process and offered to leave printed material summarizing the company's construction practices and resident notifications. No board action on a license or franchise agreement was taken at the meeting.
