At its June 26 special meeting the Village of Homer Glen board approved a consent agenda that included routine financial and procurement items.
The board approved accounts payable for the period May 31–June 26, 2025, totaling $424,919.83 and accepted the treasurer’s report showing cash and investments of $48,895,097.61 for the period ending March 31, 2025. Trustees approved payment of April legal bills to Peterson, Johnson & Murray in the amount of $15,293.
The board also approved capital purchases for the public works department: a new mini excavator for $94,438, a Ford F-250 pickup for $58,633, and a plotter scanner for $13,645.07. In addition, trustees approved an agreement allowing the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association to use Heritage Park for its Fire & Ice event on Aug. 7, 2025, and a $9,400 quote from Wolf Seal Coating Inc. to seal coat the Heritage Park path.
Trustees voted by roll call to approve the consent items en bloc; no amendments to the listed items were recorded.
