Supporters said the study is needed to avoid years of delay and to define next steps for treatment capacity, costs and permitting. Trustee Bianco and others thanked the village engineering staff for preparing background materials and said the project should proceed without unnecessary delay.
The roll call on the proposal recorded unanimous support among trustees present; the motion carried.
