Mayor Pro Tem moved to approve the ordinance; the motion was seconded by Drew. The council then took a roll-call vote. Councilmembers Harville, Albert, Venable, Davis, Young, Meadows, Coward and Howard each voted “yes,” and the measure passed.
The ordinance includes language authorizing the city’s accounts to draw checks from the municipal Citibank accounts to pay the listed salaries and accounts and states the ordinance will take effect upon passage.
