The consent agenda also included payment applications and change orders for a YMCA remodeling project: pay application No. 6 for $178,003.94 to GBH Builders Inc. and a change order No. 1 for $19,005.88 (amount read in the packet). Council approved the consent items by roll call. The ordinance appropriation and consent items were approved by the council; staff did not propose further amendments to the tax levy at first reading, which was held for a subsequent meeting.
