Whitney Kelly, planning staff, told commissioners the change reflected additional ARB feedback and that no other comments had been received since presentation to the Board of Aldermen.

The consultant noted the single substantive edit. ‘‘We did move vinyl to an approved allowed, a permitted form of building material,’’ said Mr. Bridal of H3 Studio, who attended the meeting to represent the consultant team.
Vote: The commission approved the resolution by unanimous voice and roll-call vote. Kelly said staff will forward the signed resolution to the Board of Aldermen for their records and any additional steps.
What was not changed: No other modifications to the draft were reported at the Aug. 13 meeting and staff indicated they had not received additional comments following the June review.
