Greene County commissioners approved the county's FY26 Reclaim grant agreement with the Ohio Department of Youth Services on May 29, authorizing continued operation of the county assessment center and intervention center with Reclaim dollars.

County staff explained the Reclaim program provides funds generated when youth are served locally rather than committed to the Department of Youth Services; the grant supports assessment and intervention services intended to keep youth in local programs and reduce state commitments.

Commissioner Mays moved to approve the attached Ohio Department of Youth Services Reclaim grant agreement for 2026; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call. Staff will administer the grant per state requirements.
