Greene County approves five-year Proware maintenance renewal for juvenile court case management

Greene County commissioners on Thursday approved a five-year extended warranty and software maintenance agreement with Proware for the juvenile court’s case management system.

County staff told commissioners the renewal covers the court’s case management software and includes a 4% year-over-year increase across the five-year term. The board approved the contract by motion and second; the vote was recorded as unanimous in favor.

No contract dollar amount was read into the record during the presentation, and the board did not request further budget detail at the meeting. Commissioners moved to approve the juvenile court’s request to execute the extended warranty and maintenance agreement with Proware and the motion carried on a voice vote.

The approval allows juvenile court staff to maintain vendor support for the case management system; the county did not present an implementation timeline or specific annual cost in the public session.
