The motion to go into closed session was moved and seconded; a roll-call vote was taken with Council member Clark, Council member Weil, Chairman Pro Tem Knox and Mayor Waldman voting "yes."
No substantive public action took place during the closed session; the council recorded the vote to convene it in open session.
