A court member moved to accept the canvass as presented and the motion carried after a second. The court recorded that “Bloomington is now an incorporated city,” and Hill thanked County Commissioner Precinct 2 for assistance delivering voting machines.
This action completes the county-level canvass and recognizes the incorporation result as certified by the elections administrator. The court recorded the certification in the minutes.
