The approved contracts include detention and residential agreements with Orange County; a detention/residential contract with Grimes County; a detention/residential contract with McLennan County; a detention/residential contract with Ector County; and a detention contract with Fall, Milam and Robertson counties. The court voted to approve items a through e on a motion and second with all present voting in favor.
No further discussion of rates or contract terms was read into the record during the meeting; staff presented the agreements for approval.
