After the court action, Marshall Frazier was administered the oath of office and sworn in as interim County Fire Marshal. At the swearing, Frazier recited the oath, including: “I will faithfully execute the duties of the office of County Fire Marshal.” The court directed that Frazier sign the required bond and oath documents at the meeting.
