The commissioners court reappointed five existing members to the Citizens Medical Center Board of Managers for renewed terms effective the first of the month and received interim vendor payment reports from the hospital.

Names the court reappointed (as read in the meeting) are Russell Marshall, Ben Galvan, Paul Holm, Dr. Garuhi (spelled in the agenda as 'Faribors Garuhi/doctor Garuhi') and Ashley Thomas. The court moved, seconded and approved the reappointments.

Regarding hospital finances, the court received a July 17 memo from Citizens Medical Center showing interim vendor payments totaling $116,435.81 and an ACH report dated the same day totaling $3,227,673.13; the court voted to approve those interim payments.

The judge and commissioners thanked the board members for volunteering and noted the time commitment required for hospital governance. The court’s approvals were procedural—the reappointments were confirmed and the interim vendor payments were authorized as presented in the hospital memo and ACH report.
