County says MITMOD grant moving to contract phase; fully executed intergovernmental agreement received

County staff reported that the communitys MITMOD application has advanced to the contract phase and that planning and bidding will follow contract acceptance. Robin told the court the award has moved from application status to contract-phase discussions; after the county accepts the award, engineers will complete detailed planning and prepare bid packets, with construction bidding likely to begin next year on the previously discussed timeline. The court also received a fully executed intergovernmental agreement between Victoria County and the Victoria County Drainage District related to MITMOD distribution and mitigation methodology for the Precinct 1 project. Staff said the fully executed agreement had already been approved by the court and the record will now include the executed copy. Commissioners moved to receive the executed IGA.
