The court received a fully executed interlocal agreement with the City of Victoria and approved a contract with Clark Construction of Texas for the Northside Road reconstruction project in Precinct 2, and it rejected all other bids submitted under IFB 2025-13. County staff said a pre-construction meeting is scheduled to take place on Sept. 8 and that the contractor expects a compressed schedule depending on weather. The court voted to accept the executed agreements and to reject the other bids.
