Travis County updates flood recovery: $8M spent on debris removal; state takes over remaining Sandy Creek cleanup

Emily Ackland, who manages debris removal for Natural Resources and Environmental Quality, told the court that county operations for Sandy Creek are complete and the county spent about $8,000,000 on debris removal.
