During the meeting, a commissioner asked whether the court needed to discuss the burn ban or let it remain in place. Another participant replied, “It is on now. Yes. We have a burn ban in effect.” The court recorded no motion to change the status, and the burn ban remained in effect as of the meeting adjournment.
