Attorney Patton reviewed a draft form of the licensing agreement and proposed language changes. Tina (town staff) said the draft was amended and staff were awaiting the formal final document. The options presented were to table the item until the agreement is received or approve the agreement subject to final legal review; a commissioner moved to table the item until the formal document was provided to the board.
Staff will present the completed licensing agreement and any associated recommended language changes when the document is received so the commission can act at a subsequent meeting.
