Details: Planning Director Kenny Cook told the board that staff had received an engineered stormwater plan covering the site and that the new plan allowed staff to remove a prior condition that would have required the church to return for review of future shown expansions. Cook said the church must still submit building plans and obtain required permits for code compliance; those reviews can generate additional requirements such as fire-protection measures if needed. The planning commission had recommended approval by a 5-0 vote and no neighboring protests were filed.
