At its Feb. 11, 2025 public meeting, the Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners recorded several routine motions and voice votes.
The board approved the minutes from the Feb. 4, 2025 meeting by voice vote after a motion to approve the minutes was made and seconded.
The commissioners approved a resolution described in the record as “resolution 25 1 7 of intent to annex property into the Blue Creek Bridal Fire Department,” and set a public hearing on that resolution for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 9 a.m. in Room 3108. A commissioner moved to approve the resolution and the motion was seconded; the motion passed on a voice vote recorded as “aye.” (The transcript uses the phrasing “Blue Creek Bridal Fire Department” as stated on the meeting record.)
The board approved claims batches 25, 103, 104 and 105 after a motion to approve the claims as submitted. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Under the consent agenda the board agreed to table one county attorney item described in the minutes as “the letter DocuSign” after a motion to table that item; the motion to table was seconded and approved. The board then approved the remaining consent agenda and placed file items to file by motion and second.
All recorded votes in the meeting were taken by voice; the transcript records “aye” for each of the approved motions and records no dissent on the audio record provided.
