The letter stated the project remains unchanged. Staff recommended granting the extension subject to the original stipulations in the resolution. During the meeting an alderman asked whether the seminary's separate consideration of single-family rezoning for an unrelated parcel had any new updates; staff reported no change. Board members noted the one-year extension indicates the applicant expects to begin work within the next year.
