The newly adopted ordinance repeals the erroneous text and replaces it with corrected lot references so that the ordinance aligns with the recorded exhibit. Staff and aldermen said the correction will resolve ticketing and title/record issues and allow school and church employees to park without fines in the intended area. Ending: Staff said the correction restores the originally intended parking regulation and will help affected residents and church employees; no further action was required at the meeting.
