Council approves Revise LLC contract for city website redesign and support The Republic City Council voted 6-0 to authorize execution of a services agreement with Revise LLC for redesign and ongoing support of the city website, following a staff-led procurement and interview process. Parks and Recreation Director Chris Parks said the city received 14 responses to the RFP, interviewed the top two candidates and selected Revise LLC after demo meetings. The proposal presented to council showed a $61,500 fee for the initial project build and $12,700 annually for ongoing support and hosting. "Our goal with this project was to find a company that was modern, innovative, and user friendly for both staff and the community on our city website," Parks said. Staff recommended approval and council voted to adopt the resolution. The resolution authorizes staff to execute the agreement with Revise LLC; the council did not discuss alternative vendors during the meeting and recorded no opposition in the public meeting minutes.
