Commissioner Chris Crosby was nominated and confirmed as secretary of the Planning and Zoning Commission during the meeting.

The chair opened nominations and invited commissioners to nominate themselves or another member. One commissioner said they would be happy to serve and indicated they would nominate themselves; nominations were then closed. The commission asked whether it could approve by acclamation but proceeded to call the roll. On the roll call, each present commissioner voted aye and the appointment was confirmed.
